Description
Responsibilities
- Deploy Fab and Final Inspection Test Solutions to screen Engineering Samples
- Implement Product Test Specifications, create Probing Recipe, generate correlation
- Collaborate with other departments to determine screening specifications and optimize yield
- Developing and Optimizing Test Systems and Test Capabilities, supporting Production and Characterization measurement needs
- Identifying test requirements and optimize test scenarios and algorithms
- Designing test system and prototypes
- Evaluating product performance and characteristics, mainly supporting Product Design and Technology Development activities
- Measuring product specifications outside of Production Screening
- Measurement to support Design, Development and Failure Analysis activities
Required Experience and Skills
- Knowledge and skills in RF measurement and evaluation of electronic devices
- More than 2 years of experience of RF test
