Job Responsibilities
- Backend Engineering Sample Input.
- Attend Frontend DOE Sample Handover Meeting and Engineering sample input.
- FE & BE engineering sample lots running progress daily update.
- Perform Engineering sample lots data collection.
- Perform Engineering sample lots inspection and disposition.
- Prepare weekly engineering sample check sheet.
- Perform cross section for Engineering sample wafers using mechanical dicing method when required.
- Arrange shipment for Engineer Sample wafers when required.
- Perform plating chemical analysis when required.
Job Requirements
- Require to be able to work in cleanroom.
- Able to run on shifts.
- Dicing experience is prefered.
