Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance activities
- React to error/alarm messages of manufacturing equipment
- Perform equipment recovery from process and tool interruptions using defined procedures/OCAP
- Perform equipment health check and troubleshooting
- Pass down and update machine status in team chat group
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost
- Actively participate in continuous improvement project to upkeep line equipment
- Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1-year of work experience in the semiconductor industry
- Able to perform shift work on a 12-hour shift schedule; including working in a cleanroom environment
- Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor process tools
- Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Lithography, PVD/Dry Etch, Wet Bench and Metrology tools
- Strong teamwork, able to work well with a global team and other duties as assigned
