Job Responsibilities
- To guide and manage Litho technical team on engineering and evaluation tasks
- Take part in cross-functional activities for capacity/equipment/process improvement
- To improve critical machine availability (%), MTTD & MTBF, establishes project and solution, lead the team to achieve the goals.
- Guide/mentor fellow engineers to grow the overall competency of the team.
- Actively participate in cost reduction project
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering and other relevant fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in frontend semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Good ability and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Clear and concise presentation skills
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to take pressure under time-constrained situations
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor processing and process equipment (Lithography)
- Must be decision maker, able to prioritize task, provide instruction to the team
- Strong technical writing of equipment procedure, 8D, FMEA, RA and Incident Report
- Good knowledge on FDC setup, analysis equipment parameters and to set interdiction.
- Add values to have knowledge on Python, C++, FPS, PowerBi,
