Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts in the development and execution of advanced supply chain analytics.
- Drive the optimization of supply chain processes through data-driven insights and analytics, using tools such as Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, and Adexa.
- Leverage tools such as SQL, Power BI, Azure data lake to create a robust business intelligence platform in partnership with IT, enabling prescriptive analytics and exception management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Manage high-priority projects, including global initiatives, from inception to successful implementation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the health of the supply chain.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management within the semiconductor industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least 1 supply chain planning and optimization tool (Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, Adexa).
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (SQL, Power BI or Tableau) with a strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in influencing senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
