Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices; perform code reviews.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability to identify malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Experience / Job Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in software development.
  • Technical expertise in C#, .NET Framework.
  • Strong Object-Oriented design and programming skills; ability to understand design principles behind scalable applications.
  • Proficiency in debugging and productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and security considerations.
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems (TFS, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Well-versed with Agile software development methodology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the medical domain is an added advantage.
