About the role:

As part of this organization, we take a strong focus on the physical Testing within the complete Product lifecycle management. Our key product Simcenter Testlab Hub is the main component to build a worldwide ECO-system (on Premise or in the Cloud) to support physical testing and the analysis of it.

What you’ll be doing:

Be able to deploy and configure internal servers of Simcenter Testlab Hub in different industrial configurations (including Web and DB servers), to ensure they are reliable, secure, and meet the customer needs.

Setting up a full Cloud infrastructure to host the Simcenter TLhub solution.

Responsible for installing and updating the software, monitoring system performance and the robustness and scalability of the complete Simcenter Testlab hub solution.

Monitor our internal server deployments and perform the corrective actions to have deployments up and running correctly 24/7.

Specify & test the new features of the Simcenter Testlab hub solution. Detail the specifications of a new feature based on clear requirements and use cases defined by Product Management.

Suggest functional and deployment improvements to development team when repetitive or redundant actions are observed.

Test the new features of the Simcenter Testlab Hub on correctness/performance/robustness and makes sure they are covered by test templates or automatic test procedures for regression test in the future.

Make sure that the manuals and required documentation are UpToDate for each release of the product.

Achieving high quality and on-time delivery

What you’ll bring:

In-depth knowledge of operating systems (like Windows, Linux, or macOS), networking concepts, and security protocols and Cloud technologies.

Ability to understand Containerization concepts, Docker yml files, and automation Batch and PowerShell script files.

Ability to diagnose and describe technical issues efficiently. Critical thinking and ability to provide relevant details to identify the real root cause of a software issue.

Effective communication with internal customers, team members and developers. Actively participate to meetings. Fluent in English.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills. For sure in the Cloud and Saas context.

Extensive experience with deploying and offering customer support for client-server applications on-premises or in Cloud.

Self-motivated, self-discipline, with high integrity
