What you’ll be doing as part the EMEA Field Marketing team in Spain

Team and context:

The EMEA Field Marketing team supports regional marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives across multiple markets in close collaboration with sales, communications, and other marketing teams. The team is also exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) can help simplify repetitive work, improve efficiency, and support smarter ways of working.

Project description:

This internship combines support for EMEA Field Marketing activities with a focus on AI-driven process improvement. You will contribute to campaign coordination, content support, and marketing execution, while also helping identify repetitive tasks that could be improved through AI. The role includes researching, testing, and documenting practical AI use cases that can increase productivity and streamline marketing workflows.

What we’re looking for

We're seeking for students in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar. If you are interested in digital marketing, campaign support, content development, and exploring how AI can improve business processes, we want to hear from you!

• Strong interest in digital marketing, campaign execution, and content support

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), and curiosity about their applications in marketing

• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and think creatively about efficiency and innovation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Additional European languages are a plus

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, strong team spirit, and willingness to contribute to common objectives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

SSP Spain 2026, conditions & eligibility

Siemens Strategic Student Program (SSP) in Spain will run from1st of April 2026 to 30th of September 2026 (6 months). Depending on the university programs and the number of internship hours per academic cycle, renewals can be considered. Interns may also could write their bachelor's or master's thesis in cooperation with Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW). Internship at SIEMENS DISW are paid and interns receive an internship contribution.

Eligibility

• Interns must be enrolled in a university in Spain and have at least 600 hours available from their university programs for internships.

• Applicants must be enrolled at a Spanish university for the entire duration of the program, including both Spanish and international students.

• Curricular and extracurricular internships are accepted, the university program must the full six-month length of the internship.

• International students must have the proper visa and/or work permit to participate, as Siemens will not cover or facilitate visa or permit processes.
