Requirements Management:
Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and understood by the development team.
Ensure a deep understanding of business processes, roles, and responsibilities to effectively define and deliver solutions.
Agile Team Leadership:
Work closely with agile development teams (Scrum Masters, Developers, QAs) to ensure a shared understanding of the product backlog and goals.
Participate actively in all agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Accept or reject completed work, ensuring that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Market & Technology Awareness:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Understand the technical implications of product decisions and collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure feasible and sustainable solutions.
