At Siemens Global Business Services, we’re looking for a Business Excellence Consultant Jr. to join our Project Services team and help drive impactful transformation initiatives across the Americas.
This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build hands-on experience in process optimization, automation, and digital solutions within a global and collaborative environment.
Travel: 10–35% across AMERICAS Region
Support the identification of process improvement and digitalization opportunities
Assist in documenting processes (SOPs, process maps, workflows)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma fundamentals
Collaborate on projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Work with tools like Power Apps, Mendix, Power BI, Tableau, and RPA
Participate in process optimization workshops with senior consultants
Help define and track KPIs and performance metrics
Promote a mindset of efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or tech-related roles (internships included)
Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt is a plus)
Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN, SIPOC) is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
Curiosity about innovation, automation, and digital tools
Ability to adapt, collaborate, and drive results
