As a Partner of Choice, our SIEMENS Global Business Services (GBS) organization supports businesses worldwide in achieving excellence across key internal processes including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
We are currently looking for a Workday Prism & Reporting Specialist to join our team and support the evolution and stability of our global Workday ecosystem.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of Workday, data integration, and advanced reporting, helping ensure reliable data flows, insightful reporting, and continuous system improvements.
Your mission:
• Analyze and resolve Workday Prism and Reporting-related issues within the system
• Identify opportunities to improve Prism data models, reporting capabilities, and system performance
• Manage data integrations between Workday and external systems to support Prism reporting
• Ensure system stability and data governance through operational support activities
• Lead or support Prism implementation initiatives in collaboration with reporting teams and other stakeholders
• Implement Change Requests based on solution designs, including testing and deployment activities
• Support proof-of-concepts (POCs) and system enhancements
• Maintain proper documentation aligned with compliance and governance frameworks
What we are looking for:
• 3+ years of technical experience with Workday
• Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Reporting
• Experience working with data integration, data transformation, and reporting within Workday
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex system landscapes
• Experience with Prism data integration, transformation, publishing, and data governance
• Familiarity with Worksheets, Custom Reports, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Economics, or related field
• Professional English (required)
