Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Apprentice, you will support the Marketing Communication team by contributing to social media management and coordinating digital marketing initiatives.
This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to develop expertise in digital communication, content coordination, project management, and structured stakeholder communication, while contributing to the visibility and consistency of marketing initiatives.
We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and diligent who can take guidance, apply best practices, and take ownership of projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively handle and monitor the day-to-day social media presence (LinkedIn, Amplify).
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, adapting tone, style, and messaging to the target audience.
  • Monitor performance reports (Power BI scorecards, Sprinklr dashboards).
  • Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders through structured PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate within the Marketing team to identify relevant KPIs for each project and support their translation into clear performance indicators (participating in brainstorming sessions and workshops).
  • Leverage strong written communication skills across internal and external marketing materials.
Depending on your skills development and the team’s priorities, your missions may evolve throughout your apprenticeship.
This 24-month apprenticeship position is based in Lyon and available from September 2026.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Enrolled in a college or university in France pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent in in marketing, communication, business management, or information systems or related fields :
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate social media content.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and diligent, with the ability to handle projects from initiation to completion, tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Demonstrates rigor and organization in reporting, campaign follow-up, and data management.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data to inform content and campaigns.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • You are open-minded, and your relational skills allow you to collaborate efficiently in an international environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and basic performance metrics is a plus.
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprinklr to schedule, monitor, and optimize content.
