We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing software engineering team in the TPS (Train Planning System) department!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage a TPS project in our product-driven software development organization while working closely with the product management and development teams as well as with local Siemens entities in a complex matrix organization in an international environment.
• Take on the technical leadership of your project team.
• Develop project plans and status reports, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task distribution.
• Monitor project progress, maintaining a smooth flow of information and ensuring on-time deliveries to teams, customers, and partners.
• Present project results to project sponsors and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Plan and manage the project-related costs and budget, keeping financial goals on track.
• Support sales and bid activities by identifying new business opportunities within your project as well as contributing with your project management skills for new bids and projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally in the software and/or transportation sector and in an international environment.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach which enables you to work effectively in interdisciplinary and distributed teams, complemented by experience in customer projects.
• Strong communication skills make you a reliable point of contact for customers, partners, development teams, and company management.
• Full professional proficiency in English completes your profile.
