- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales function, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to our overall sales success. - Sales Process Support: Provide comprehensive pre-sales support, assisting with pre-bid activities, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) responses, and preparing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) offers.
- Documentation & Compliance: Handle various sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to techno-commercial terms and established sales processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly prepare and present daily and monthly reports to key stakeholders, providing insightful updates on sales activities and performance.
- Efficiency & Turnaround: Manage time effectively to meet quick turnaround times and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a fast-paced environment.
Your success is grounded in:
- B. Com/M. Com /BE/BTech/MBA/Equivalent with good academics.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with proven exposure in a professional setting.
- Experience: 1-3 years of progressive work experience in a Sales function, specifically in preparing AMC offers, providing bid support, and handling pre-sales support activities.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of techno-commercial terms, various documentation requirements, sales processes, and other related functions.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in various office tools and applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reporting Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and deliver regular daily and monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Team Player: A good team player with quick learning ability and flexibility to work extended hours or meet deadline-based tasks when required.
- System Knowledge (Added Advantage): Basic knowledge of tools such as SAP, SieSales, Works (Salesforce), Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI would be a significant advantage.
