Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead Medium Voltage (MV) system projects in industrial plant applications. The role involves managing the complete project lifecycle—from order intake through delivery, installation, and commissioning—ensuring successful execution in close collaboration with Korean EPCs, utilities, and partner companies.

As part of Siemens Korea’s project organization, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain customer satisfaction, and secure profitable project delivery in accordance with Siemens standards and processes.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Manage the end to end lifecycle of MV system projects, including SWGR, LV Busduct, and MV products.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to ensure on time and on budget delivery.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers (EPCs, Utilities, Partners) and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and commissioning activities.

• Oversee technical and commercial project compliance in accordance with Siemens project guidelines.

• Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, and change management processes.

• Support commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover to customers.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to Siemens quality and EHS standards.

📘 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Business-level English proficiency (written & verbal).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively with Korean EPC companies, utilities, and industrial clients.

• Working experience 4~10 years is required

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience-based understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) systems, including switchgear and distribution equipment.

• Proven experience in project management within industrial plants or electrical system projects.
