The Focus Factory Manager (or Focus Factory Leader) oversees operations including production, scheduling, customer service and logistics while driving safety, quality, on time delivery, and related KPIs. You will manage teams to meet customer demands, optimize resources, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

You will make an impact by:

• Own daily production performance, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Ensure the focus factory meets output targets and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and lead corrective actions to address gaps.
• Drive schedule adherence and minimize downtime, scrap, and rework.
• Ensure processes produce consistent, defect‑free output.
• Partner with Quality to resolve issues, reduce customer complaints, and improve first‑pass yield.
• Implement standard work and process controls.
• Drive a culture of problem-solving using tools like root-cause analysis, and PDCA.
• Manage the value stream budget (labor, materials, overhead).
• Improve cost performance through productivity gains, waste reduction, and material efficiency.
• Translate site strategy into actionable plans for the focus factory.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Experience:5+ years proven leadership experience in manufacturing, bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or business management.
• Leadership Skills: Experience leading and motivating hourly and salaried teams. Building engagement, culture, and accountability
• Financial & Business Acumen: Experience with cost drivers (labor, scrap, downtime, materials), Budgeting, cost‑reduction projects, and resource planning; Managing productivity and headcount alignment
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of lean manufacturing, supply chain management, and production equipment (e.g., electrical, hydraulic). Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Stage-Gate process).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to influence cross-functional teams, including effective collaboration with global teams across regions and cultures.

The pay range for this position is $120,666 - $206,856 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
