Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Services Professional to provide application and technical support for power system protection devices. The role involves handling customer technical queries through hotline support, troubleshooting protection relay issues, and assisting with commissioning and service activities at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide technical and application support for power system protection devices via hotline and remote support.

Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to protection relays and associated systems.

Support customers during testing, commissioning, and configuration of protection relays when required.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Provide on-site support to customers when required.
Educational Qualification
-
Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in testing and commissioning of power system protection devices
Technical Skills
-
Good understanding of feeder, motor, and transformer protection schemes.
-
Experience with Siemens Reyrolle Protection Relays and Siemens SIPROTEC Protection Relays will be an added advantage.
-
Familiarity with relay engineering tools such as DIGSI 5, DIGSI 4, Reydisp Manager, and Reydisp Evolution.

Knowledge of communication protocols including IEC 61850, Modbus, RS-485, and IEC 60870-5-103.
Additional Requirements
-
Willingness to relocate to Goa, India.

Open to travelling to customer sites when required.
