The Program Manager – Data Center with collaborate with program management and key Siemens factory stakeholders to efficiently solve ongoing data center projects.
Lead the cross-functional performance of large data center projects including the development of key internal and external stakeholder relationships. This role will require a strategic view of account leadership and some tactical responsibilities.
The value creation of process and execution will be the decision of the Program Manager. These decisions will be made in collaboration with the Program Managers and the Program Director.
All standard Siemens policies, guidelines and governance apply. Additional training needs will be developed through growth talks between this person and supervisor.
Decisions that need to be referred to the supervisor include appropriate conflict escalation and/or business unit awareness and communication with respective leadership.
You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
- The essential job functions will include regularly scheduled and non-scheduled meetings with Program Managers, data center projects and the key Siemens factory stakeholders.
- This role will interface with monthly performance metrics, quarterly business reviews and annual reviews both internally and with the customer, integrator and/or contracted partner. These meetings will be primarily virtual, with some travel required.
- This job will create a process for handling unexpected large data center project management issues.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
- 5 plus years of work experience project management or program management in power distribution, electrical production or related industry.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
- Up to 20% of travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- This role will leverage AI to streamline control processes and communication.
- This person must be patient and persistent, reliable, have the ability to navigate different business units and reporting lines efficiently and professionally.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $109,670 - $188,006 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
