The Business Administration Sales Commercial Manager is responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks to contribute to the project success either in system business or solution business or customer service business, take the lead in all commercial, contractual and finance related aspects along the Pre-Sales up to completion of system business and solution business and customer service business and manages controlling & reporting and commercial tasks in Sales areas to directly support effective and profitable Business and supports accountable management in assigned area of responsibility.
You’ll make a difference in areas such as:
- Drive commercial steering and financial performance by monitoring objectives vs. achievements, optimizing processes, ensuring accurate commercial documentation, and coordinating all financial activities for sales and bidding.
- Lead bid and contract governance, including contract structuring, risk evaluation, LoA reviews/approvals, bond and guarantee assessments, foreign currency calculations, and ensuring all commercial deliverables meet internal and external requirements.
- Collaborate across functions—sales, technical, legal, procurement, tax, insurance, and bid teams—to prepare financial documents, align strategies, analyze risks/opportunities, and support negotiations with customers.
- Ensure organizational efficiency through continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and structures to enhance productivity, rationalization, customer satisfaction, and internal control (including ERM).
- Support project and customer management by ensuring accurate handover to order processing, validating customer creditworthiness, guiding technical partners on commercial topics, and maintaining proper project calculations and documentation.

- Possesses a university degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Brings over 5 years of proven experience in financial management, project management, and/or business controlling.
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP financial standards.
- Has advantageous experience in contract management, contributing to effective commercial oversight.
- Offers hands‑on SAP expertise, supporting efficient financial and project operations.
