- Assume leadership of the GBS FPS COS team, overseeing and managing all services rendered. This position entails the supervision and execution of daily COS service operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, while continually striving for process optimization.
- Be responsible for maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal guidelines, fulfilling both internal and external control requirements, and upholding the quality of team deliverables.
- The role is also accountable for attaining operational KPIs, driving ongoing process enhancements and digitalization, and achieving annual efficiency targets.
- Furthermore, the Commercial Manager will engage with customers to understand their requirements and to foster new business opportunities.
- The position requires collaboration with headquarters and other regional entities for knowledge sharing.
- The Commercial Manager shall liaise with internal stakeholders and provide support for both internal and external audits.
- Other assignments as deemed necessary may be required.
Your defining qualities
- Preferably with experience in the same position and capacity for more than 5 years
- Business controlling and factory controlling background
- Experience in team management and project management
The skills you are expected to have
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking
- Strong experience with SAP
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with good customer service mindset to give strong business partnering support
