Your mission will be…
During this internship, the trainee will actively contribute to the implementation and operational readiness of the ISP, with a strong hands-on focus on:
  • Parametrization and configuration of the ISP according to business and service processes;
  • Execution of functional and integration tests;
  • Validation of service workflows (orders, contracts, assets, and field service interventions)
  • Support in identifying issues, documenting test results, and proposing improvements
  • Collaboration with service, IT, and business stakeholders during testing and rollout phases.
In Portugal, the ISP is a strategic pillar for service digitalization, supporting improvements in:
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • End-to-end traceability;
  • Productivity and service quality.
What is the Siemens ISP?
ISP – Integrated Service Platform is Siemens’ global digital platform for services, mainly used in the areas of Smart Infrastructure (SI), Electrification & Automation (EA), and Customer Services (CS).
The ISP was created to centralize interaction with customers (internal and external), digitalize and standardize service processes, and ensure end-to-end traceability of orders, contracts, and installed assets field service interventions.
All of this is delivered within a single platform based on Dynamics 365, integrated with mobile applications (More App), SAP (time recording, payroll – country dependent), Power BI (reporting – “Measure Me”), and AI / Copilot / ChatGPT for recommendations and analytics.
