Position: Sales CRM Operation Manager

Report to: Commercial Operation Department. / Department Manager

Purpose:

Job Description

  • Drive commercial excellence/KPIs such as CRM excellence, S&OP, Hoshin Kanri, HPS, BA plan, key LS meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive planning support including MTA/MBR, product conversion, sales forecasting.
  • Conduct deep analysis at individual account level(end-user level) to support business performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Execute business plans based on analytical insights and contribute to acheiving targets.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline and improve internal business processes, and facilitate and manage key sales-related meetings.
  • Drive productivity and performance improvements across sales organization through streamlined sales operations and effective sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, BA, Service, SCM CBS, APJ Commercial Operation) to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Authority and Accountability

  • Strong ownership to make sure LS sales CRM operation is processed efficiently and flawlessly to achieve the business goad and make the commercial organization stronger in terms of execution.
  • Possesses resilience and a strong drive to complete tasks effectively, even under pressure.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong accuracy and speed.

Your Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of IVD/ healthcare industry and customer values, needs, circumstances and goals
  • Good understanding to legal/ finance/ accounting/ compliance/ Code of conduct for business management
  • Capability to identify business opportunity based on solid understanding to external/internal environment
  • Capability to apply Commercial excellence to drive business growth, excellent analysis skill at individual account level.
  • Presentation/Communication to convey clear message about business strategy and direction as a business leader
  • Business accountability (CRM KPI, assigned projects, Account level analysis ) for key stakeholders in Japanese as well as English
  • Drive execution and change management leading by example
  • Deep understanding and capability of excellent operation management.

Required experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operation & commercial excellence in Healthcare industry
  • Experience in establishing trusted relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in English/Japanese
  • Previous experience working in healthcare industry (Medical Device / IVD is a plus)
  • Experience leading commercial excellence strategy and execution including commercial KPIs, NPS, S&OP, etc.
  • Proven track record of exceeding business targets
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and BI tools (such as Power BI)
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, key functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF), and pivot table analysis.
