How you’ll make an impact:


  • Policy and Standard Development: Support the development, review, update, and maintenance of comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. You will help to ensure these align with compliance requirements, industry best practices, and organizational risk appetite.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Support with monitoring the dynamic landscape of cybersecurity regulations, legislation, and industry standards. You will help to assess their impact, translate them into actionable internal requirements, and support the organization in achieving and maintaining robust compliance.
  • Reporting, Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Highlighting and supporting sustainable improvement topics. This can include identifying and reporting on critical issues, supporting the creation of value-adding KPIs, identifying process and tooling gaps, as well as supporting monitoring and remediation activities.

Your success is grounded in:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, engineering or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience and Skills:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, ideally with a focus on governance, risk or compliance related topics.
  • Some knowledge of major and upcoming cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, EU CRA, Country specific requirements, AI, etc), plus a keen interest to remain informed of the latest developments.
  • The ability to rationalize (external) demands and convert them into actionable requirements which are well suited to the company structure, processes and tooling.
Languages:
  • Strong proficiency in English, spoken and written.
