Position Overview

Siemens Electrical Infrastructure is seeking a Strategy Lead for Electrical Infrastructure Sales to serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership and a key driver of execution across analytics, forecasting, sales operations, and digital transformation. This role will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, performance management, and cross‑functional alignment to enable profitable growth and increased sales effectiveness across the Electrical Infrastructure portfolio.

As a trusted advisor to the EIS Sales Leader, the Strategy Lead will translate data into insight, connect sales and operations, and help shape the evolution of AI‑enabled selling and CPQ capabilities—ensuring sales teams can focus on high‑value, strategic customer engagement.

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Strategy Lead, Electrical Infrastructure Sales to support and enable the Electrical Infrastructure Sales organization through strategic planning, analytics leadership, and cross‑functional coordination.

This role reports directly to Sales Leader – Electrical Infrastructure Sales and serves as a strategic and operational extension of EIS sales leadership.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and advocate for Electrical Infrastructure Sales (EIS) across internal stakeholders
  • Lead engagement and coordination with Channel, Sales Excellence, Transforming Everyday Analytics (TEA), COMPAS, Sales Finance, Business Unit Leadership, Business Excellence, and Sales Leadership
  • Own and evolve EIS KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting
  • Translate insights from SieSales / Salesforce CRM, SAP, and market research into actionable executive narratives
  • Lead executive discussions on pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, performance trends, and data integrity
  • Partner with the TEA team to drive analytics consistency, adoption, and value realization
  • Strengthening alignment between sales forecasting, demand planning, and operations, improving connectivity between sales and supply chain
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the construction and electrical infrastructure sales process and recommend improvements
  • Lead strategic discussions on the impact of AI on Configure, Price & Quote (CPQ) and broader sales execution workflows
  • Help structure education, change management, and adoption strategies that enable sales teams to focus on higher‑value, strategic activities
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to guide continuous improvement of digital and analytics solutions

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 + years of strong working knowledge with construction & electrical infrastructure sales processes
  • 5+ years of working proficiency of Salesforce / SieSales CRM
  • 5+ years leveraging data analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
  • Demonstrated capability in KPI definition, dashboarding, and executive reporting
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into business‑relevant insights
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States permanently without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in sales operations, commercial excellence, or sales strategy roles
  • 5+ years working with SAP based sales, financial, or operational data

The pay range for this position is 129520.00 - 222034.00 annually with a target incentive of 42% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
