The AI & Data Enablement team acts as the central enabler for driving responsible, effective, and business‑relevant adoption of AI & Data across all DI functions.

Our mission: equip the organization with the skills, methods, enablement mechanisms, and change frameworks needed to adopt AI broadly, safely, and with measurable business impact.



Your mission will be...

· End‑to‑end ownership of the AI Enablement Program rollout and scaling

· Manage a cross‑functional AI enablement/use case portfolio in close collaboration with our technical AI experts

· Build function‑specific enablement roadmaps based on pain points and value potential

· Define and track adoption, behavioral, and business impact KPIs

· Create scalable enablement assets (trainings, enablement starter kits, ...)

· Navigate complex stakeholder environments across functions, regions, and management levels

· Drive internal communication, value stories, and success cases

· Work closely with business teams, IT, domain experts and change managers

· Execute pragmatically with fast iteration and strong ownership
