Role Overview:
Looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software project(s) involving multiple dependencies, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership in risk management, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery, and quality governance to ensure predictable and value-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates risks early, drives structured execution, and ensures delivery excellence while maintaining customer focus and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project(s) Delivery & Governance
Lead projects across full lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure).
Deliver projects on schedule, scope, cost, and quality commitments.
Manage interdependencies across teams, architecture streams, and releases.
Maintain complete project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
2. Risk & Dependency Management
Maintain active risk registers and mitigation plans.
Identify cross-functional risks and proactively drive resolution.
Manage escalations and resolve complex delivery challenges.
Consolidate risks across projects and communicate impact to leadership.
3. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Product Manager/Business owner, Product Owner, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and leadership
teams.
Provide transparent status reporting through dashboards and reviews.
Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes.
Build strong relationships across global and cross-cultural teams.
4. Agile Execution & Value Delivery
Drive Agile delivery practices.
Ensure backlog prioritization aligns with roadmap and customer value.
Enable continuous delivery and iterative value release.
Track delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, release readiness, and defect trends.
5. Quality, Compliance & Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to SDLC, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive root cause analysis, structured problem solving, and process improvements.
Support internal and external audits.
Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
6. Team Leadership
Build and lead high-performing teams in collaboration with functional managers.
Remove impediments and protect teams from disruptions.
Foster transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
Coach teams on Agile principles and delivery excellence.
