Position Title: Sr. Project Manager

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week

Summary of Duties: Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s). Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Lead and drive multidisciplinary and cross functional teams, including engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services to ensure successful project execution. Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status. Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Proactive Risk identification and Mitigation. Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects. Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions. 20% Travel required (national and international). Hybrid work permitted.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree Project Management, Electrical Engineering or a related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. The position requires experience with the following: Risk management; Change Orders management; Budgeting; Non-Conformance Costs management; Scheduling; Quality Topics; Conflict management; customer facing interactions; Reporting; and participation in review and performance analysis.
