Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of medical systems
- Preventive maintenance and corrective service interventions
- Advanced troubleshooting of electro-mechanical and electronic systems
- Spare parts management and service documentation
- Direct communication with hospital technical teams
- Ensuring high First Time Fix Rate and structured problem resolution
- Compliance with internal quality and safety standards
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Automation or similar
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in servicing technical equipment (medical, industrial, automation or similar)
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
- Customer-facing mindset and professional communication
- Willingness to travel within Bulgaria
- Driving license – category B
- Good command of English
