As a performance controller I would like to hire a Finance/accounting who can support me in:

1. Support data collection, cleansing, and validation for productivity analysis

2. Assist in developing Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.

3. Support business case preparation related to productivity improvement

4. Help standardize productivity KPI across business units

5. Assist controllers in analyzing and interpreting performance indicators

6. Provide administrative and reporting support to Business Controlling
