The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong coordination of resources, schedules, and risks while driving collaboration across engineering and production.

- Leading, coaching, and influencing cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Building consensus and driving accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Capable of making sound decisions under pressure, balancing competing priorities, and managing risks proactively.
- Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other applicable quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in preparing, managing, and controlling project budgets.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or 5+ years in Manufacturing with 2+ years geared toward Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), project management platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and KPIs.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $83,966 - $143,942 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
