• Lead Electrical Projects: Drive end-to-end management of complex electrical projects, primarily focusing on Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) switchgears, including associated control and power systems.
• Oversee Project Lifecycle: Provide comprehensive oversight and review of all project stages, from design and supply to delivery, installation, commissioning, and final closure.
• Ensure Financial Performance: Take full responsibility for project profit and loss, consistently meeting revenue targets and managing cashflow effectively.
• Manage Stakeholders & Communication: Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactive Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities, including addressing non-conformance performance to safeguard project success.
• Deliver Comprehensive Reporting & Documentation: Prepare, submit, and present all required project reports, schedules, costing sheets, technical documents, and drawings for approval.
• Uphold Quality & Safety Standards: Monitor and ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and strictly adhere to site safety requirements.
• Strategic Contribution & Flexibility: Report to the Head of Project Management, contribute to strategic discussions, and maintain flexibility for travel (local/global) and extended hours as business needs dictate.
