This role requires a high-impact industry leader capable of driving strategic growth, shaping customer vision, and representing Siemens as a trusted advisor across major Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, tire manufacturers, and emerging EV ecosystems.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Driving strategic growth by expanding customer adoption of the Siemens Digital Enterprise portfolio, including automation, automation software, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Leading and orchestrating cross-functional pursuit teams—including technical consultants, product specialists, and executive stakeholders—to co-create and deliver high-value digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Conducting deep customer discovery and strategic analysis across market position, business objectives, operational constraints, manufacturing processes, value chains, and key business drivers.
  • Translating customer and market insights into actionable, multi-year account strategies that ensure cross-regional alignment and unified Siemens engagement.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer within Siemens by influencing portfolio direction, ensuring consistent messaging, and strengthening collaboration across business units.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level customer executives, guiding transformation roadmaps, investment decisions, and long-term modernization strategies.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 3+ years of experience selling automation, robotics, industrial software, or digitalization solutions into manufacturing environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Senior Sales, or Strategic Account leadership, with demonstrated success growing large, complex accounts and exceeding growth targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise across the Automotive ecosystem, including experience with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, EV or battery manufacturing, tire manufacturing, or advanced mobility startups.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing digitalization, including MES, industrial automation, Industrial Internet of Things, and production operations.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence Vice President- and C-suite-level executives through clear, compelling strategic communication.
  • Demonstrated success developing multi-year account strategies, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving transformational customer engagements.
  • Extensive experience collaborating across internal teams, coordinating global resources, and managing partner ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and the ability to maintain detailed documentation of opportunities, pipelines, customer organizations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect Siemens technology to measurable customer value, productivity gains, and operational outcomes.
