You deal comprehensively with the automation / electrical projects on offshore platforms / Chemical Platforms / Utilities to implement various activities related to planning and project control.
• Create comprehensive project schedules using project management software, incorporating all tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure accurate timelines.
• Track project performance against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements, establish priorities, and define project scope.
• Organize regular project status meetings to provide updates on schedule performance, resource utilization, and potential impacts on project outcomes.
• Review project data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend adjustments to schedules and resource allocation.
• The role includes using Earned value management to assess project performance and progress, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget.
• Create and distribute reports summarizing project schedules, progress, and performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
