  • The Mobility Sales Manager role is responsible for the sales and development of Mobility business in Philippines, based in Manila
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary interface between Siemens and customers, advising on technical solutions and innovations, translating customer needs into actionable proposals, and providing timely support to resolve issues.
  • Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to identify opportunities for delivering Signaling & Electrification solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Commercial Partnerships: Establish commercial agreements with relevant partners (e.g., civil works or installation companies) when required.
  • Market Development: Develop and nurture relationships with market players such as partners, competitors, and subcontractors to define effective sales and commercial strategies for tenders and market requirements.
  • Sales & Business Development: Create and implement effective sales plans, identify new market opportunities, coordinate quotation processes, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Bid Management: Lead complex tender processes, prepare compelling proposals, and ensure commercial and technical feasibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales results, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure timely tender submissions and smooth delivery of projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commit to enhancing expertise and improving standards, systems, and processes within Sales Management.
Your Defining Qualities...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Systems Engineering; railway specialization preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven commercial experience in a technical, project-driven environment, ideally within the rail sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in writing complex tender processes and combining commercial as well as technical feasibility optimally.
  • Broad technical knowledge in Siemens competitors’ solutions for Signalling & Rail Electrification.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical issues and translate them into commercial opportunities and customer-focused solutions.
  • Technical knowledge of conventional signalling principles, including CBTC system (Communications-Based Train Control), ERTMS, Westrace IXL, and Rail 9000 Control Centre for ATS/CTC and SCADA, will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sharp eye for market opportunities and ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
