We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.
You’ll make a difference by:
Executive Design & Visual Communication – 70%
- Design executive‑level presentations and boardroom decks for senior leadership
- Translate sophisticated portfolio, operational, and financial data into clear infographics and dashboards
- Lead visual storytelling for management reviews, leadership forums, audits, and business updates
- Support high‑stakes initiatives (SOPs, SOWs, Demands) with strong visual communication
- Apply and evolve branding, templates, and visual standards across leadership material
- Improve comprehension, impact, and decision‑making through effective design and storytelling
Application & Portfolio Management – 30%
- Maintain and support application and portfolio data across enterprise systems
- Assist with application lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, rationalization, decommissioning)
- Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with IT, business, and GBS stakeholders for portfolio inputs and reviews
- Provide structured portfolio inputs for leadership reporting
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Standard presentation templates, reporting formats, and visual procedures
- Improve efficiency through reuse, documentation, and visual simplification
- Support team knowledge sharing and onboarding as needed
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technical Systems, or equivalent
- 10+yrs of experience.
- Post‑graduate or equivalent experience exposure to management or organizational studies preferred
- Experience in enterprise, process‑driven environments
- Strong expertise in executive presentation design and visual communication
- Ability to simplify and visualize complex data for senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Application & Portfolio Management
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation storytelling
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver under timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
