Join Siemens Digital Industries Software as Senior Director Revenue Recognition and lead a successful team that ensures compliance with our accounting standards and delivers crucial insights that influence strategic decisions across our leadership. You will provide guidance & oversight on revenue transactions and further advance scalable revenue accounting processes & systems in a fast-growing technology company.
The Senior Director Revenue Recognition reports to the Vice President of Accounting and heads a high-performing team that is organized in three groups responsible for technical accounting & deal review, revenue accounting & systems and transformation. We are a dynamic and collaborative accounting organization of 250+ colleagues that thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
What role will you play?
- Join a global team responsible for intercompany accounting and invoicing (ICC), where you will ensure accurate process execution and act as a key point of contact for support, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Participate in month-end closing activities in close collaboration with our shared service centers to secure timely and correct intercompany clearing.
- Lead error resolution and reconciliation efforts, and provide support in the funding processes for highly regulated countries.
- Drive or support harmonization and process‑improvement initiatives within intercompany cash management and clearing—such as implementing standardized ICC processes or resolving legacy intercompany balances.
- Contribute to the deployment of our SAP S/4HANA ERP system, bringing your passion for systems and processes to enhance intercompany accounting, invoicing, and clearing functionalities.

- Be motivated by the challenge of working in a dynamic, international environment with broad global responsibilities.
- Hold a degree in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar or comparable role.
- Bring strong knowledge of Intercompany relations, intercompany accounts payable and receivable, ideally with experience collaborating with transfer pricing teams.
- Demonstrate solid accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Be self‑driven, proactive, and reliable, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP.
- Enjoy working closely with finance and business teams and be open to an on-site presence of 2–3 days per week.
