What will you do?

Job description:

IT application support is responsible for providing onsite end user support in daily activities related to variety of applications and systems inside the office and the factory.

Responsibilities

• Support daily IT issues
• Help stakeholders with technical issues
• Address computer and administrative questions from customers
• Coordinate with other staff and users to support the daily IT operation
• Any other duties as assigned

What will you need to succeed?

• Must be currently enrolled in a college diploma in Information Systems
• IT helpdesk and/or customer service-related experience considered an asset
• Troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
• Understanding of network
• Knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong oral and written skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Organizational and leadership skills
• This role requires you to be on-site at our Concord, ON location 100% of the time.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 22.70 CAD - $ 26.40 CAD.
