We’re looking for a Procurement Support / Purchasing Analyst (12-month contract) to join our team

Do you enjoy working with data, suppliers, and cross-functional teams?
This is a 12-month contract position that supports the Purchasing organization by ensuring transparency, compliance, and effective supplier collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing activities through project follow-up and supplier master data management (creation, extensions, and updates).

  • Monitor supplier compliance with required documentation and audit standards.

  • Analyze procurement data and prepare daily tracking and performance reports.

  • Support Buyers with supplier escalations related to payment issues.

  • Contribute to the implementation of procurement strategies, standardized processes, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) compliance.

  • Support negotiations for low to medium purchasing volumes under the guidance of Buyers or Senior Buyers.

  • Track savings initiatives and relevant KPIs to ensure transparency and business impact.

  • Support supplier management processes, including qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate closely with internal customers to ensure effective communication and early involvement.

  • Ensure procurement-related information is accurately documented and shared.
