Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via telephone, other electronic means, and at customer locations

Assist customers in deploying Siemens EDA’s EBS software to solve design challenges

Track and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA’s processes and tracking tools

Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates

Develop technical content for Siemens EDA’s knowledgebase

Communicate customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of the programming language like Visual Basic, VBScript or Python is also highly desirable

Programming Skill like C language and Database operating like Oracle would be an added advantage

Experiences with PCB and digital design, layout, simulation and analysis tools and methodologies would be an added advantage

Knowledge of the PCB or Semiconductor Package design process from Schematic capture to Layout would be an added advantage.

Knowledge and experience with SPICE, signal Integrity or Power integrity analysis tools would be an added advantage.

Able to work in a team environment

Technical written and oral communications in the English language, and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Architect Engineering
