Diagnostic Imaging | CT, MRI & Nuclear Medicine - Almaty Hybrid

Are you passionate about cutting-edge medical technology and enjoy turning complex solutions into real clinical value? We’re looking for a Product Specialist to shape, develop, and drive our diagnostic imaging portfolio while working closely with partners, clinicians, and internal teams.

Your Role

As a Product Specialist, you will act as the bridge between technology, market needs, and customer success. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategies, supporting sales and partners, and ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage technical specifications for CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine equipment
  • Support business projects and product strategy development across the portfolio
  • Advise partners and clients on equipment selection, specifications, and clinical workflows
  • Deliver product trainings, presentations, and support marketing events
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, clients, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

What We’re Looking For

  • Education in a field related to medical or high-tech equipment
  • Proven experience in servicing or supporting high-tech medical or analytical equipment
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration with clients and colleagues
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
  • Confidence presenting, training, and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the working time
