We are looking for Project Manager – Workplace to join our team in Bangalore.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Designer to join our Workplace Management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the design vision and execution of our ongoing campus project and future workplace initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires strong design sensibility, project management capabilities, and stakeholder coordination.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design development process from concept to completion for workplace and campus projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (business units, real estate, IT, facility, and leadership teams) to understand functional requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants including architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design alignment and timely execution.
  • Review and validate design deliverables (layouts, presentations, material boards, etc.) and ensure compliance with brand and quality standards.
  • Manage design timelines, dependencies, and risks proactively, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
  • Support project governance by documenting design decisions and maintaining version control of key layouts and specifications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles to bring innovation and value to every project.

Experience & Educations:

  • 5-8 Years experience into workplace interior designing.
  • Exposure to project lifecycle.
  • Education background: Architecture / Interior Designer certifications.
