Drive transformation in Poland's automotive industry by becoming the trusted partner for key customers navigating digital manufacturing challenges.
Your role is to understand each customer's unique challenges – from production bottlenecks to digitalization goals – and position Siemens Digital Industries automation software and hardware portfolio as well as services as their pathway to competitive advantage.
You'll be the primary point of contact, bridging customer needs with our global sales network while operating with autonomy in the Polish market.
You'll create impact by:
  • Taking full ownership of assigned customer accounts, understanding their business challenges and positioning Siemens Digital Industries portfolio that drive measurable results
  • Building and nurturing long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers across Automotive industry
  • Developing commercial proposals and technical presentations tailored to customer needs, conducting negotiations, and closing deals aligned with industry strategy and sales targets
  • Mastering Siemens' Digital Industries portfolio: automation systems, software solutions, and drive technologies to confidently advise customers on digitalization and operational excellence
  • Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, while ensuring exceptional post-sale customer care and satisfaction
  • Collaborating across international teams to deliver integrated solutions, traveling frequently to customer sites across Poland, and operating within company policies and sales process frameworks
Your defining qualities:
  • 3 – 5 years in B2B sales of industrial equipment, control systems, drive solutions, ideally in Automotive or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong English and Polish (technical and business level, both spoken and written)
  • Technical higher education or equivalent professional experience demonstrating deep industry knowledge
  • Proven track record independently developing and presenting technical solutions to industrial clients
  • You excel both collaboratively and independently, adapt to global team dynamics, and are open to cross-functional collaboration
  • Market fluency: understanding of industry challenges, investment priorities, and decision-making processes
  • Relationship-building excellence: experience engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level.
  • Customer-centric mindset: skill in identifying needs, responding with tailored solutions, and maintaining highest professional standards
  • Openness to innovation: enthusiasm for exploring future-focused solutions with customers, particularly in digitalization and Industry 4.0
  • Valid driving license (category B) and readiness for frequent business travel across Poland (in the Katowice area)
  • Digital proficiency: MS Office and CRM systems
