About the role:
As a Manager for Product Development Process Excellence, you will be a visionary leader elevating operational excellence across the entire Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to ensure seamless product lifecycle management, foster continuous improvement, and champion process development and delivery improvement initiatives across teams.

Your new responsibilities
Vision & Strategy: Create and execute a compelling vision and strategy for the Product & Lifecycle Process Excellence, setting clear guidelines and effectively positioning it within the organization to respond to business requirements.
PLM Process Optimization: Optimize product development processes, ensuring efficient workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
PLM Toolchain Leadership: Drive state-of-the-art PLM toolchain adoption and best practices across all product portfolios, lead digitalization initiatives, and ensure high-quality software delivery, promoting DevOps best practices.
Strategic Initiatives: Execute strategic initiatives, contributing to organizational priorities, such as implementation of AI for productivity, and others.
Cost Management: Actively manage costs, ensuring transparency and adherence to budget.
Assuring all vital certifications Functional Safety (IEC 61508), ISO 9001|ISO 14001|ISO 45001|ISO 27001.
Drive critical metric improvement - alignment with HQ Sub functions and vital local critical metrics need to be implemented and triggered.
You will be responsible for innovative product Development process working to deliver high Quality product to serve the needs of lab
Resolution of customer complaints through RCA process in close coordination and hand holding a new team
Conduct reviews of customer complaints
Conduct team audits to check and resolve non-compliances to closure
Cultivate a metric driven team/organization that aims towards continuous improvement and learning, with zeal and passion
Your talents and experience
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
Additional certifications in Business Process Management, Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), or Project Management are desirable.
Proven experience in leading PLM and ALM initiatives within a global technology company or building infrastructure environment.
Ability to translate vision into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
Strong grasp of DevOps principles and software delivery excellence.
Demonstrated success in driving strategic transformation initiatives in a complex cross-functional environment. Experience in organizational development, change management, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Strong cost management skills, with a focus on transparency and adherence to budget.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.
Ensuring a quality-oriented mindset across the organization, promoting role models, sharing best practices, and driving ownership at all levels.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, Confluence, M365 Suite incl. Copilot). Interest in AI technologies.
Confidence in using data and digital tools, especially within quality systems, to drive insights, improvements, and strategic decision-making.
