The responsible Commercial Project has the controlling function for the project as per Siemens Energy India Limited regulations & guidelines.
• Drive the project from Finance / Commercial prospective as per PM@Siemens and SFRG
• Drive the Commercial / Contractual topics alongwith the PM
• Taking over the project from bid, including but not limited to Cost Calculations / Backup offers, Bank Guarantees, understanding on commercial concepts of project, i.e. Tax, Insurance, PE etc.
• Order intake calculation along with Project Manager – PM 100
• Order Booking, Sales Order Creation, Work Breakdown Structure Management
• Cost Controlling and variance reporting on periodical basis.
• Forecasting of revenue / collections.
• Management of Site-setup, including arrangement of Site infrastructure, Site Cash, Labour License etc.
• Maintaining / Controlling of contractual obligations, i.e. BG / LCs / Insurance Policy for customer and suppliers.
• Ensuring timely booking of cost and revenue as per the conditions of contract / purchase order
• Controlling the Accounts receivable function of the projects, including timely Billing, submission to customer, resolution of issues / discrepancies, reconciliation with Customer and Suppliers.
• Maintaining Project cash flow.
• Calculation and updation of Price Variation as per SFRG
• Managing Claims towards customer and suppliers alongwith the PM
• Commercial project coordination - internal & external
• Controlling & maintaining all suppliers payments and vendor reconciliation
• Planning and coordination of the project shipments
• Compilation of export/import documentation
• Monitoring & ensuring all records such as labour, PF, ESI as per statutory rules & regulations
• Final project end calculation & reconciliation after PM 650 i.e. customer acceptance till PM 700 i.e. End of warranty phase along with Project manager
• Retrieval of Bank Guarantees at project closure
Qualification:- Graduate/ B.com with minimum 5yrs experience.
