Job requirements

• Should have experience in executing maintenance activities in Refinery, Petrochemicals industries.

• Good knowledge of Electrical Power & Control system.

• Hands on experience on drives of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Amtech, ABB, ARCO, Danfoss, Hitachi, Vacon make.

• Good in trouble shooting and break down analysis skills in electrical systems of HT upto 22kV & LT systems, HVAC system & VCB of Jyoti, ABB, Siemens, BHEL & L&T make. SF6 breakers of Siemens, ABB & Voltas make.

• Should have experience of Handling Operation, Breakdowns & Routine maintenance of DG sets & GT up to 2.4MW of Cummins, KATO, BHEL, AVK make.

• Should have experience in maintenance of Power & Distribution transformer Oil & Dry type.

• Should have experience in handling motor maintenance of LT rating up to 315kW & HT 2MW. MOV of ROTORK & AMU type.

• Should have hands on experience of UPS make: Emerson, Hitachi, Tata Libert, CG & Siemens.

• Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisor, foreman, fitters and technicians.

• Expertise in organizing, planning & coordination of day-to-day maintenance activities & Handling shift activities.

• Strategize on maintenance, work instruction and methods.

• Create plant preventative maintenance procedures

• Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.

• Schedule and obtain project material and manpower.

• Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications.

• Documentation and preparation of daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

• Responsible for spare management for machines to reduce breakdown time

• Complete know how of Safety systems & should be familiar with safety procedures while executing electrical work

• Good in Coordination and Communication, keeping good relationship with Team members and Client

• Should be familiar with Report preparation, PPT & Excel.

For HT & LT Motor Work Shop experience as mentioned :

• Able to carry out dimensions of overall motor parts like, OD of bearing seat on shaft, Bore ID of Housings/end shields etc.

• Knowledge of Different type of HT/LT motor

• Skill for execution of removal of bearings, cooling fan etc. by hot work (By using gas cutting set).

• Operating Skill for grinding machine and Drill machine.

• Knowledge of practices followed for protection of Electrical equipment against rain and weather.

• Knowledge of different types of enclosure for dismantling and assembling.

Qualification Requirements

• You should have minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably Refinery, with bachelor’s degree in electrical/ Electronic engineering or Diploma in electrical with 5 years of experience .

• Experience in maintenance & handling shift activities of electrical systems in refinery ,Oil& gas is an added advantage

• Shall be able to join within One month from the date of Offer.

• Shall have the Supervisory license for HT/LT systems.
