Your Role:
- Drive sales for Factory & Process Automation, Motion Control, and Service Business.
- Execute a clear go-to-market strategy and balance growth across segments.
- Deliver strong value propositions, optimize configurations & BOM, and create cost-effective solutions.
- Champion Digitalization, develop strategies for retention & conversion accounts, and explore new markets.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners, mid-market customers, EPCs & OEMs.Ensure systematic sales approach, CRM data quality, and market transparency.
What You Bring:
- B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with 6–12 years in technical sales.
- Proven success in automation, drives, and digitalization.
- Growth mindset, customer-first approach, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to plan execute, and achieve ambitious targets—independently.
