Responsibilities
Sponsors quality processes and procedures throughout the product lifecycle, including inspections, code reviews, requirements traceability, code coverage, and quality improvement.
Sets expectations for product quality, creates measurement plans, and ensures execution.
Accountable for schedule predictability and measuring progress toward objectives.
Ensures the product meets required quality levels at each phase and works effectively in customer environments; collaborates with customers, marketing, and support to understand requirements.
Records verification and validation efforts for result reproducibility.
Assesses product technical capabilities (usability, functionality, reliability, serviceability).
Tests for defects, limitations, and boundary conditions.
Collaborates and coordinates with global engineering and QA teams.
Reviews functional and design specifications, project documentation, and provides input for product and release documentation.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering Electronics and Communication/Computer Engineering - orequivalent
Knowledge in testing and test automation.
FullStack Capabilities:
Node.js

REST API design
JavaScript & TypeScript
Python
Bash/Shell scripting
Linux/Unix OS
Good knowledge of version control tools (CVS, git) and defect tracking systems.
GUI testing (a plus).
Understanding of the IC manufacturing process and IC layout design.
Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance processes and software testing concepts.
Excellent interpersonalskills; effective collaborator with product owner and R&D.
Self-motivated and continuously learning.
