The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

We are looking for Fabrication Supervisors to join our 2nd shift team at Roebuck, SC.

2nd Shift hours: ~ 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

You'll make an impact by:

  • Improve safety for all personnel that work in and around Fabrication.
  • Drive efforts and initiatives to reduce production errors, improve product quality and increase productivity.
  • Adhere to production schedule by establishing priorities, assigning personnel to work areas, monitoring progress, making personnel/priority adjustments, resolving constraint problems, by managing fabrication schedules with system tools.
  • Work closely with planning and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
  • Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Wok instructions, Operator Displays

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ Successful years of experience as a leader in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate’s degree or related work experience in lieu.
  • Completion of relevant projects to improve safety, quality, delivery reliability and cost in manufacturing environment.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and 2D / 3D blueprints.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or other environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful years of continuous growth in the fabrication department.
  • Lean Manufacturing techniques and experience are required for this role (5S, VSM, 7 waste, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP and DMM systems.
  • Experience with make to order product.

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
