Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist Professional based in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Αutomation and Νetwork portfolios, with experience in Siemens tools such as TIA Portal and SCADA WinCC.
Your Challenge
- Maximize market exploitation for Automation & Network portfolio and identify market opportunities in order to win new business.
- Receive and support requests from customers creating offerings and solutions based on Siemens Automation & Network portfolio.
- Support Siemens sales team and provide pre/after sales support for assigned portfolio across all sales channels.
- Development of “promotional material” both electronic and printed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues in Greece and abroad to exchange best practices, portfolio / solution updates and training.
- etwork products.
- Define focus customers, develop and align sales approach.
- Generate additional Sales for the assigned portfolio within the focus customers.
- Perform competition analysis and general market research.
- Participate in mandatory reporting and planning sessions.
- Availability to travel throughout Greece and Cyprus promoting our products / solutions.
- Availability to travel abroad for trainings, conferences and other events.
- Good organizational skills combined with agility to be able to perform multitasking
What do you need to bring with you?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience with automation/network Products. Previous experience with Siemens Automation & Network products, programming with Software TIA Portal, and SCADA WinCC is highly desirable.
- Technical writing experience and excellent presentation skills.
- Growth Mindset: Desire to continuous learning, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to unlearn and relearn.
- Result driven / Goals orientation and self-motivation for personal and career development within a dynamic working environment.
- Natural curiosity to collaborate with others, grow within a team and ask questions.
- Self-starter with aggressive energy to accomplish assigned tasks on time and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem solving.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both English & Greek language, written and spoken.
- Availability to travel throughout Greek Territory visiting factories and project sites, good organizational skills combined with agility to be able to perform multitasking.
