The Senior IT FIN Special Task Manager (f/m/d) acts as the “right hand” to the IT FIN head and is member of the IT FIN leadership team. This role will actively support the implementation of IT strategy from the finance perspective.

How you’ll make an impact
- Manage and lead special tasks and projects across IT FIN line organizations
- Drive process optimization in close collaboration with process owners in a cross-function role
- Provide holistic, strategic data analysis to support decision making
- Coordinate content alignment and prepare decision recommendations for the Head of IT FIN
- Prepare Top Management reports and meetings
- Acting as partner and sparring partner for the IT Leadership Team for questions related to finance and providing information to relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrating a vivid interest in and understanding of the IT business and portfolios
Your defining qualities
- Education: University degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, or related subjects.
- Experience & Skills: 7-10 years of experience in senior finance or project management role, ideally in large international organizations and in the context of complex transformation projects.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and developing an international and multicultural team, with a track record of successfully managing and developing finance teams.
- Financial Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as well as profound knowledge of country specific closing requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills at management level, with the ability to present complex issues concisely and clearly.
- Organizational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple topics and tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus.
